  • Home Audit: The Reserved 50 - Bi-weekly executions of our proprietary 50-point technical infrastructure audit, monitoring your property’s structural envelope, powerplant utilities, and digital systems.

  • Response Time: 4-Hours

  • Vendor Management: Dedicated oversight, scheduling, and physical access coordination for all routine home vendors (plumbers, landscapers, pest control, and service technicians). You never wait around for a service window.
